Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the books in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
